Background Information: The Old Detroit Avenue Low Level Bridge was completed to promote safety and to keep to a minimal inconviences to nonrailroad traffic. The bridge is 55 feet in length and is 93 feet in width. The bridge has two skewed-stone arches that are approximately 15 feet wide and 17 feet high (Cleveland: An Inventory of Historic Engineering and Industrial Sites).
