Built in 1956, the B & O #463 is a record-making jackknife bascule bridge. This bridge was built to replace another bridge at this location during the widening of the Cuyahoga River. This bridge has a main span of 255 feet and a 231 feet clear channel distance. This bridge has a single railroad track bridge with 22 feet wide trusses.
